A204 Grade A (A204Gr.A) steel is a molybdenum-alloy steel plate, intended particularly for welded boilers and other pressure vessels. Plates under ASTM A204 boiler steel standard are available in three grades having different strength levels: A204 Grade A; A204 Grade B; and A204 Grade C. The minimum yield strength of A204Gr.A steel is 255 MPa,tensile strength within 450-585 MPa.
