ASME SA283 / SA283M - 03 is a specification for low and intermediate tensile strength carbon steel plates SA283 Grade C & D of structural quality for general applications. BBN STEEL can supply four grades, A, B C and D, which have specified minimum yield strengths of 24, 27, 30 and 33 ksi, respectively. SA283 Grade C (SA283 Gr C) steel has tensile strength 55-75[380-515] ksi [MPa].
